Rank Issues Within the Home

Naturally a family unit composed of dogs and humans requires a sense of order to keep everyone (dogs included) moving in the right direction in harmony with each other. When correct order (rank) is established, life will be a relaxed enjoyable experience together free from conflict or debate.

Implementing ground rules based on common sense and a balanced handling approach is an essential part of living with a dog to avoid the potential for such conflict.

Most dogs I see are not particularly bothered about who leads or who follows, but to miss this part of a recipe to help ensure a balanced household may be a mistake you wish you hadn't made. I can help you find order out of chaos, and to re-establish the natural order in a household should you find yourself in a position of concern.
