I'm not a fan of small print, but this will help keep things all clear and honest, removing any confusion or misunderstandings from the outset:

Most clients pay me by cheque or cash, though I have been receiving more requests to pay by credit card. The easiest way for me to process card payments is to enable payments via PayPal.

This method of payment creates a levy of 3.4%, which shall be added to your final invoice. We agree via email or telephone the total amount payable, and I then send you a Pay-Pal invoice for the payment to be made. Nice and simple.

All visits are paid for in full on the first visit, and are non-refundable.

All paid for visits need to be used within a 3-month period of my first visit.

Refunds are not given for unused visits.

Bookings will be confirmed by a follow up email or letter.

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. I am not a large company and in taking your booking I am currently turning away others for your day’s slot.
Subject to availability, I would be able to postpone the date by up to 10 working days without charge. All other alterations to the booking will be charged at full rate.
